Wondering What to Cook for Dinner on Sunday Nights

Beef Stroganoff

1 1/2 - 2 lb. round steak
2 tsp beef bouillon
1 onion, chopped
1 c mushrooms
1 tsp. parsley
2 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream

Cut steak into 1 inch pieces, place in slow-cooker. Sprinkle bouillion, onions mushrooms, and parsley flakes over steak. Spread soup over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 7-8 hours. Stir Worcestershire cause and sour cream. Cook on high 30-60 minutes. Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.



Stuffed Peppers

2 lb. ground beef
1 c rice
1 onion, finely diced
2 eggs, well beaten
salt and pepper
1/2 c ketchup
6 green bell peppers
46 oz can of tomato juice

Mix ground beef, rice, onion, eggs, salt pepper and ketchup. Cut tops off green peppers. Stuff peppers and ground beef mixture. Place in slow-cooker. Pour tomato juice to cover peppers. Cook on low 8-10 hours.


Come home for Church and dinner is ready!!!
