Calling All Dresses!!

Thanks to all of you, we collected 80 dresses to donate to the Dutchess Outreach at our "Night of 100 Dresses!" The Grace Smith House in Poughkeepsie has also contacted me and has a similar need for dresses for women about to re-enter the work force. If you have an extra dress or nice outfit in your closet or if you haven't already donated and would like to, please bring in your dresses to me on Sunday. If you can't get to Church, but would still like to donate, please email me at shetting@msn.com

Our "Night of 100 Dresses" was a big success. Ruth Jackson from Dutchess Outreach came to tell us about the programs at Dutchess Outreach and about how the dresses will help women who are preparing to go back into the workforce. A big thank you to all those who helped with the program and those who brought food. And a huge thank you and big hug to the brethren who carved the turkey for us, washed all the dishes and help with whatever else we needed.
